Price is for a new motor with trade in of your old motor. Runs on 220V PWM. DC motor for Universal Tredex. You should attempt to determine what made the motor fail. Remember, there is a cause, and it must be repaired, otherwise you risk motor failure again. Maintenance is the leading cause of failure. Belts and beds need to be lubed and changed . Lube every 3 months, and change the walking belt every 2 years. Beds should be replaced when they show excessive wear in the middle areas. Always give the treadmill a full 15 amp service (non shared service).
